During the weekend of this year’s 5 Point Film Festival, Dos Gringos and Café Ole are offering ticket-holders a free cup of our gourmet all-organic coffee with the purchase of any breakfast burrito or bagel sandwich.

In a world of ever-increasing soulless chain restaurants and franchises, we hope you can feel the difference at Dos Gringos Burritos & Café Olé, where we consider ourselves as much of a community center as a restaurant. We fulfill that mission by hosting fund raisers for scores of local non-profits, displaying the work of local artists and sponsoring dozens of independent talented bands from all over the U.S on their way through Carbondale.

Our food is authentic and made fresh daily from recipes around the world, and often with local produce, eggs and Crystal River Beef. We care about what we serve our customers and will not skimp to cut costs with strange meat parts, canned salsas, and frozen pre-cooked food.

Unlike many coffee shops, Café Olé serves only organic coffee and espresso. We think it is the right thing to do. Organic growing techniques are sustainable, environmentally friendly and create healthy ecosystems and stable communities in many third-world countries.
